Vinification
Grapes are soft pressend without oxygen. Fermentation begins after the inoculation and is carried out at 15 – 16° C.
After 6 months of aging on the lees, the second fermentation takes place in autoclave (Martinotti Method).
This sparkling wine spends another 3 months on the lees before bottgling.

Exudes floral sensation with refined notes of hawthorn, chamomile and sage.
The taste is fine and balanced. Acidity and sapidity are in harmony with each others.
